چکیده
Abstract Plant pathogenic strains of Pseudomonas syringae ( Psy ) spp. have been detected in nonagricultural habitats, including those associated with the water cycle. Their presence aquatic systems allows dissemination over long distances, especially irrigation practices. In May 2021, we sampled 15 sites along Danube River Basin Serbia to gain insight into P. abundance and diversity. We identified 79 using Psy- specific primers, a partial sequence citrate synthase cts house-keeping gene has served for phylogenetic diversity assessments. Phenotypic determination included characterizing features linked survival lifestyle. The ice nucleation activity, pectinolytic swimming swarming assays, hypersensitive reaction on plants were tested. was at ten examined ranging from 1.0 × 10 2 1.2 4 CFU/L. discovered four phylogroups, phylogroup being most abundant, followed by phylogroups 7, 9, 13. induced 68.63% isolates collection. A comparison showed 100% similarity between cherry epidemics caused River. Our results suggest that River, extensively used agricultural fields, harbors diverse Psy, which possess various could lead potential disease outbreaks crops. This study represents first in-depth analysis Basin. It sets ground future pre-epidemic studies seasonal monitoring population dynamics.

Definition of Plant-Pathogenic Pseudomonas Genomospecies of the Pseudomonas syringae Complex Through Multiple Comparative Approaches.
A total of 34 phytopathogenic strain genomes belonging to the Pseudomonas syringae species complex and related species, including many pathotype strains, were assessed using average nucleotide identity (ANI) analysis. Their taxonomic relationships were consistently confirmed by the tetranucleotide frequency correlation coefficient (TETRA) values, multilocus sequence typing analysis (MLSA) perfo...
متن کاملDistribution and abundance of high aquatic plants in the Gorganroud River, the Caspian Sea basin, Iran
The distribution and abundance of high aquatic plants in the Gorganroud River was examined at five stations in four seasons (20 samples) over one year period during 2009-2010. We identified 21 species of aquatic plants from 21 genera, belonging to 9 families. These species were determined as 3 halophytic species (14.2%) and 18 high aquatic plants (85.7%).The highest species diversity was observ...

The Danube River Basin : Negotiating Settlements to Transboundary Environmental Issues
The deteriorating water quality of the Danube River and the ecological problems created by its continuing exploitation for electricity generation are major issues facing countries in the Danube River Basin. In response, representatives from the eight Danube riparian countries have recently declared their willingness to cooperate on the management of this important European river. In the absence...
